The true range of golf rangefinder
Tips for measuring distance with a rangefinder:
The measurement distance of the rangefinder is related to the measurement target, because it is the principle of laser ranging, which is related to air quality and light influence.
1. If there is fog or haze in the air, it will hinder the return of light waves and affect the measurement distance or accuracy. Therefore, the better the air quality, the better the measurement.
2. The influence of strong light on the measurement distance. A rangefinder designed using the pulsed laser principle must use the 905 wavelength, which overlaps the 905 band in sunlight. If the sun is too bright, it will return light waves and cause interference, reducing the range of the machine.
3. Especially the 1500-2000m high-range rangefinder, only for altimetry anti-targets, such as reflective cards on highways.
About the reflectivity of the measured object varies: High reflectivity (such as street signs),moderate reflectivity (such as a building wall),low reflectivity objects(such as trees and golf flagpole, etc)
